Having shown how God has brought about the salvation of all men (Jews and Gentiles) by His own sovereign choice, Paul now gives praise to the wisdom and sovereignty of God.

the mind of the Lord? Or who has been his counselor?" [God does not owe anyone anything]: |
| 11:35 | "Who has ever given to God, that God should repay him?" |

Him [All
things come from God] and through Him [All things were made through God's instrumentality] and to Him [God is the end to which all things were made] are all things. To him be the
glory forever! |
