–        Historical Books (Joshua - Esther) 12 Books

–        Poetry and Wisdom Books (Job – Song of Solomon) 5 Books

–        Prophets

•         Major (Isaiah – Daniel) 5 Books

•         Minor (Hosea – Malachi) 12 Books

•         The Old Testament was originally written in Hebrew

•         The Old Testament contains many promises and prophesies that were fulfilled in the New Testament
