We are not given the mechanics of how God gave the Gentiles over to more sin. We are
only told that He did!
Though God has given the Gentiles over to more sin, He does not approve of their increased sin
- for God hates all sin. O

Those who are given over to more sin by God, sin willingly - not under compulsion.
Paul tells us . . . they not only continue to do these very things but also approve of those who practice them. (Romans 1:32)
